Changelog

The authoritative, per-release changelog is CHANGELOG.md (Keep a Changelog format). Tagged releases with prebuilt Linux and macOS binaries are on the GitHub releases page, and the library and CLI are versioned on crates.io (rsxcore, rsx-cli) and PyPI (pyrsx).

Recent releases

  • 0.2.6 – Correctness patch: process header/errors, signif f64+FDR streaming, C UTF-8, write-error propagation, distrib CLI parity, full nextest CI. Software Zenodo concept DOI unchanged (new version for 0.2.6). Re-run/redeposit the repro archive only for workflows whose outputs actually change under these fixes.

  • 0.2.5 – Corrective lockstep cut superseding yanked 0.2.4: CI-clean fmt/clippy fixes, rsx-cli depending on rsxcore 0.2.5, plus the 0.2.4 hot-path speedups and Sphinx/Shibuya accessibility work.

  • 0.2.4 – YANKED (tag predated fmt/clippy fixes; crates.io graph mixed rsxcore 0.2.4 with rsx-cli still on rsxcore ^0.2.3). Use 0.2.6.

  • 0.2.3 – Legible prior-sensitivity heatmap annotations (value-based contrast); documentation, packaging, and crates.io/PyPI publishing. Accompanying arXiv preprint: https://arxiv.org/abs/2606.06434 .

  • 0.2.2 – Retain the depth rows in the literature speedup tables so the reproducibility workflow regenerates all 56 paired timings.

  • 0.2.1 – Validation and reproducibility fixes.

  • 0.2.0 – Bayesian marker-evidence layer, Python/C bindings, bounded-memory streaming across the command set.
